Alright, I admit I don't know the entire story. Please bring me up to speed here.... From what I can gather from the the PR's and other sources, John was ready to produce last spring and at some point between then and now he received (multiple?) offers for for his pyrolysis oil which I can only assume will prove that it is commercially viable once those sales are made. By the way that's the story of every scam I've seen so far--everything will be resolved on the indeterminite day that they start selling. But that day never comes. It's always "soon" but never happens.
What is Mr. Bordynuik's excuse for not selling right now? I see nothing in the PR's. What I see in others like USSE/SSTP is that the swindler often falls silent and lets the die-hard optimists come up with some reasoning which is plausible in their own minds.
It sounds like Mr. Bordynuik had everything in place to start producing and selling last spring. As far as I can tell, he hasn't publicly given any reason for why he isn't producing. Do you know of a reason?

Truth is an absolute defense in any libel suit. As I pointed out, it is impossible for the reactor to get 98%+ hydrocarbons if mixed unsortable plastic are is in. The mixed, unsortable plastic that costs very little and which is generally only used to burn contains a very large amount of PET (like pop and water bottles) and films. Since both contain significant oxygen, at least 25% in total, the output will also contain that.
I am calling Mr. Bordynuik a liar straight up and I have basic chemistry rules to back me up. It's not libel if it's true. It's as simple as that.
