Last spring?- your research is stellar - the company wasn't even born until April 23, 2009. P2O wasn't even part of the company's business at that time. You may want to review earlier posts about the what this company has achieved in just 1 year?
I still can't believe you don't believe Islechem's report. Why would an extremely reputable company falsify their documents.

"Do you know of a reason?"

The company recently started the process of testing in the state of new york as per the DEC.

The results of these tests if positive will allow the company to apply for the necessary permits.

I have no previous knowledge of such testing taking place.

This along with many of the suppositions being raised here are discussed ad nauseum on this board daily.

How anyone could not have noticed is a wonder!!

some bod members were counting on q1 revs from p2o -

can't imagine they are pleased.

The 10Q for the first quater of 2010 should show 1 month of Pak-it after roll out, plus revenue from the first P2O on line. The demonstartion of increased revenue will be the trigger for share price.
The final part of the equation will be the 2nd Quarter 10Q showing a full quarter of revenue generation from P2O and Pak-It.
This is what I consider to be reasonable validation for, or invalidation of JBII.

looks like we are heading into "invalidation of jbii" by a rather large share holding bod member.

"It sounds like Mr. Bordynuik had everything in place to start producing and selling last spring. As far as I can tell, he hasn't publicly given any reason for why he isn't producing. Do you know of a reason?"

Well, he doesn't seem to have all his permits, now does he?

And all that work that Islechem just finished recently certainly seems like a good start towards getting permits. That just happened.

Understand?

PET has 70% (or whatever) hydrocarbon content and the Islechem report (you are calling Islechem liars, not JB) states that 85-90% of the hydrocarbon content ends up as near deisel fluid. That is not a lie and that is no defense for libel. I'd be as public in the apology as the accusation...

I do not know what John claimed a year ago. Since February it has been that the process is proven; that it is in third party validation; that it is scalable; that it is ready for production pending environmental permits (a detail I am sure Rivera always ignored); and that he starts getting paid after permits are issued.

Now, as to the Islechem report, I'll grant scion and others here that it did not address the efficacy of the catalyst. As long as the modified machines work per the report I personally don't care. I'd be happier if there were no catalyst and that this was merely the result of superior process control technology.

Again, as to the Islechem report, it did not spell out sulfur, chlorine, fluorine or oxygen rich plastics other than to subtly state hydrocarbon content, not total feedstock.

Other pyrrolisis approaches relate the condensor specifics for removing HCl from the emissions and selling it. The temperatures may not be above the pyrrolisis point for FEP or teflon since the catalist is purported to (and catalysts generally do) lower the operating temperature of the reactor. Still, HF and HCl would both be recovered the same way and be of similar value - approximately equal to the cost of recovery.

Wow, seems like you need to review the current talking points memo. Perhaps it is not up to date.
