I heartily disagree. That's not even close to the top red flag in my opinion.
If you want the big waving red flag, you should wonder why there isn't any communicated evidence that the pyrolysis oil is commercially viable. If Mr. Bordynuik isn't a swindler then something must have convinced him that it was commercially viable. Why isn't he pounding the table with that information that convinced him?
You can forget about all the other red flags. That above red flag is the big one.
That serious shortfall could be substituted with real sales from his apparently fully operational machine. From the PR's, he said he was ready to produce last spring. What happened?
