Cohibaman..Regarding PMI,I think now with this share offering completed,they have satisfied their capital ratio requirement,which is indicated in the PR I linked earlier.

With this capital contribution, MIC is in compliance with minimum policyholders' position and risk-to-capital regulatory capital requirements applicable to mortgage insurers.
