Ah! Very good! I have not kept up with the PMI news like I used to. I am still a little leery with the way things are looking soon for mortgages. I myself will wait for that gap to fill, and see where the whole mortgage insurance industry goes. I will start to accumulate and hold LONG TERM, as like anything else, housing will have its time in the sun again. I definitely think it is a great play now, and should go into the $5s, PMI always had a great track record of bouncing back when I used to own it.
