I was about to buy this stock at 23 cents and they announced a 25 for 1 r/s......I did not buy and smart holders started selling.
Stock was at 19 cents when it split and for the first trade was...4.75 if you had 1000 shares you now had 40 shares and everyone started selling....the price now is 2.23 or .089 cents which meant the stockholder lost 60% for holding. NO ONE WANTS A company that has to do a reverse split....ANX split was 4 or 5 weeks ago....
I own SNSS...was trading at a dollar...I bought on a dip at 88 cents looking for maybe 1.60...but now a rumor of a r/s and selling going on....trading now at 75 to 80 cents....
I am hoping it will run one more time before a split....
I owned 650k of INIX at an ave of .005 4 years ago and they did a 1000 to 1 r/s unannounced because they are pink sheet and I still own 65 shares today at .008...whoopee (they have been diluting ever since)
If Serge even talks about a r/s it will drop this price in half...
If the r/s does not work back into the A/S also it means the company is gonna screw you again for the next few years....A r/s means the the company has no control of themselves and are just greedy looking to go after your money.
The ONLY WAY A R/S works here is if they are ready to step up to NASDAQ...that is years away from what I see now...if this company does a r/s they might as well shoot themselves in the head.........they are done for years...
We have to live with penny prices until there is enough income to up list to NASDAQ. But first get the warning off and then get off pink list.
The last two CEO's screwed up letting this get out of hand and the Board of Directors allowed it.
If this company does a R/S I will never post here again....
