I have a problem with the barking mad comment. I agree his actions are MAD. But what confuses me is that when someone passes the bar. They need to have at least two people sign a document. Stating that the person becoming a lawyer is sane and of morals. It is very clear. It must be notarized. I know this has to happen for all new lawyers.
They like to have people who know the new lawyer for many years.
