I hear what you are saying but remember the report is accurate up to April 28th, 2010 and any changes "After" that isn't going to show up. This isn't a 10-K where you have Subsequent Events! lol


(i) As of the period ended April 28, 2010, the company had:
(ii) 1,398,391,050 common shares issued and outstanding / 5,000,000 preferred A shares issued and outstanding.
(iii) 1,470,000,000 common shares authorized / 30,000,000 preferred shares authorized
(iv) 1,282,815,084 freely tradable shares (public float);
(v) (0) Total number of beneficial shareholders; and
(vi) There were a total of 41 shareholders of record.

So anything after that date is not reported if I'm correct.

If I am wrong I'm sorry but this to me says differently
