Some attorney. Letter isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Why? Because said attorney said he examined the 25 May 2010 statement posted on pink sheets. Attorney says he "deemed" it correct. That 25 May statement he certified wasn't correct. In fact, it contained a false and misleading statement, viz., A/S is given as 1.47 billion shares. However, 06 May 2010, HFBG raised the A/S to 2.67 billion according to Sec. of State Nevada.

Attorney also says he examined "such other Company records, certificates of officers, certificates of public officials, and other instruments and documents and such questions of law as I have considered necessary and appropriate as a basis for the opinions expressed herein."

Some attorney. Why didn't he check the Sec. of State Nevada website like some curious folks here did? Let's notify the attorney that he made a huge mistake. I'd bet he'd retract that letter but quick.

The point is the paid incurious attorney, by ignoring such an easily checkable fact, evidently just rubber stamped whatever the the company gave him. That's why he says "deemed" in order to protect himself.

In rendering this letter, I have examined the Unaudited Annual Report- Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. 2009 Year End (hereinafter the "Statement") posted by the Company on the Pink Sheets News Service on May 25, 2010, and such other Company records, certificates of officers, certificates of public officials, and other instruments and documents and such questions of law as I have considered necessary and appropriate as a basis for the opinions expressed herein. All of the sources noted above are deemed to be reliable.
