There was NO delay in issuing financials-Frank NEVER said they would be reported by any certain date-As long as they came by May 15th the company was timely with pink sheet requirements and they made that date-He has now stated why the CC is delayed-Most pinks don't do that at all for S/H's-What is he evading?? You refer to evasive tactics-Evasive means not reporting at all or failing to do so-You don't know English very well do you-There is no evasiveness at all here-The company filed timely, will have the CC, stated why there was a delay, and maybe very good news coming-This is a guy who was never a CEO before-And this is certainly not Big Board protocol, so get real pal-The only point you make that has some merit is about the shares and those questions will be asked and there will be answers-Frank has been very forthcoming before and that has not changed-Do yourself a favor and buy the stock back-You might then make some real money and learn something instead of thinking you know it all-
