Well then they should cover that on the next conference call not delay this one... I agree with Wounded Bear. A growing company is going to constantly have developments and items in the works. If you delayed conference calls for this reason then you would continually put them off. I think it's an evasive tatic just like the financials... first dilution then delayed conference calls... doesn't sound like shareholders are all that important.
