The 40mg data look solid, but there is no mention of the results from the 20mg cohort.

I, too, wonder about the 20 mg group. I have the impression that the 10 mg dose was insufficient; I suppose we can interpolate between the two sets, but it does look as though 40 mg is effective.

I think the results are appealling given the small sample.

Isn't this the first time that the good Dr. L has mentioned directly the "shot in the eye" of existing treatment. (Prior to today, phrasing has always been along the lines of "squalamine's less invasive means of administration..."). If I am correct in this recollection, then the tone of his message is certainly more assertive.
