The 40mg data look solid, but there is no mention of the results from the 20mg cohort.

We knew from the Mexican trial that 40mg (and 80mg) work well for a duration of four months. Today’s 40mg data provide validation for those results, but leave open the question of whether lower doses (10-20mg) are sufficient to be efficacious.
