This news is very significant to all <investors> short and long.

The CEO lays it out for everyone to see in print...

Mr. Schissler said, "We have been working on the legal and accounting aspects of this program for many months. It is scheduled to launch on or before July 1, 2010 and we are very pleased to bring this program to American families." Cord Blood America's CEO said he is confident the program will add to the Company's revenue stream.

"With the addition in the second quarter of 2010 of revenues from our company in Germany, we are expecting the best quarter for cord blood subsidiary sales in the Company's history."

Is there something I am missing from such a Bold statement that you can enlighten me about?

Just the way it is. The fact that the CEO is telling investors that revenue should increase in the future is good since the market is supposed to be ahead of actual events in time. 6 months out!
