1 pint Heavy Cream
---Boil turn off heat
2 T butter
Vanilla
1 teas Coffee Flavor or Shot of Espresso
2 oz good hard tasty flavored Liquor (grand marnier always nice)
1# 4 oz good semisweet(bittersweet) choc

add the rest of ingred. make sure all choc is covered with hot cream, do not touch for 3 minutes
- stir with whisk til thick and evenly melted and dark colored.
