They care about the company. But ultimately the PPS isn't something that most companies dwell on. They have things that need to get accomplished in the business and they only worry about the PPS when they are making acquisitions or need to sell some shares for one reason or another. This is a good sign that it isn't a scam but not great if you want to make a quick buck. I personally see this as more of a positive than anything. Makes the stock harder to predict and harder for momentum players to game it. This should lead to a much more steady growth in PPS and hopefully mean a healthier overall PPS once things start to happen. We are development stage right now. Imagine when revenue is coming in on a regular basis, new contracts, new startups, etc. Then we'll appreciate them running the stock in this manner even though it annoys the piss out of us now.
