You would understand more, some of my concerns if you were here for 3 years, watching the company grow, with no effect on pps.

Is Caparro a contractor or paid labor? How much is 7th paying him to do whatever he is doing with this NEW division of 7th Level? How does the new division work, why is it necessary and how will the division add to the balance sheet. How much money does SDVI have in the kitty to pay for expansion moving forward and how much if any money does 7th Level make or has ever made.

Remember Mikrotone revenue has to be realized before 7th Level gets 15% of anything. Artists have to sell albums, movies have to be produced and watched and so forth.

The PR told us about an idea but excludes $$$$. I want to know how much this guy is going to make and if stock is being negotiated for his services, will we see an 8K spelling it out?

How much did SDVI give RJ for 7th Level and how much is 7th Level actually worth then and now.

If Mikrotone makes money, how does that benefit SDVI and by what percentage. 7th Level still seems to operate as a separate entity so does 7th Level get paid 15% of profit from Mikrotone and then SDVI gets some of that or is all revenue paid to SDVI and shareholders through increase in pps over time?

WHEN WILL RR BE COMING OUT! We know they aren't ready because we can't buy them. Is June 25th an accurate date or in three weeks will they push the games out another 30 days like Navarre just did?


Start asking some real questions people or this stock is going nowhere.

I love that quote but it works both ways. If Ken and the rest of of the company are thinking that SDVI is a "pink" (non-reporting company) then that is the way it will be. But if he truely intends on uplisting and growing then he needs to start thinking like a fully reporting company, IMHO.

A lot was said about DME and the poor job they did but to be fair, what did they have to work with? You can only point so many people to the stock but it is up to them if they buy it or not.

The real question should be what scared DME's investors away from SDVI? Was it the lack of information? The lack of follow thru? etc...

IMHO, The mindset of SDVI has to change in order to attract the investors that they will HAVE TO HAVE in order to grow their buisness in the future. ROI, is a very important factor when most people purchase a stock and the company needs to sell it to investors that the ROI is there.
