Yes Chiron...I think the tone of the court has just about seen and heard enough from Rosen. If you ask me, I think he's on thin ice without it actually being said. There was an attorney for one of the creditors (I've forgotten now) who was not pleased with the stunt Rosen was pulling with his moves that required expenses for his clients, while Rosen is crying expenses and trying to ramrod this POR through. IMO, JMW has had it with this guy. The heavier hitters are in the court now, and Rosen's influence and credibility are taking a real hit.

Yeah...JMW...wants to know why Rosen wants this thing done on the sly.... as if that needs to be explained on this board! :)

It's all going to start crumbling in his lap here pretty soon. He better have a real heart to heart with the powers of objection to a real "global" action or they most probably would wish they had!

"The EC is gaining power. They are not just letting decisions roll over them."

Susman was the laughingstock of the courtroom today, and that will not change.

Things are looking just fine and dandy for WMI/Debtors, and Brian Rosen is in complete control of the courtroom and his career is AOK.

All of the spin in the world won't take away from the FACT that wamuq will always be out of the money, and the preferreds will get approximately 1% of face value, and those that bought today will certainly not be happy with their "distribution".
