That isn't good news for the Debtor JW. As we have seen today, Sussman and EC are now filing for appeals. Months will allow the EC to make major headway, and possibly gain a favorable decision on the appeal for the examiner.

Judge Walrath is in no hurry, she flat out asked Rosen 'Why' when he stated they wanted to move quickly.

The EC is gaining power. They are not just letting decisions roll over them.

Don't forget that we have a shareholders meeting coming soon, June 11th is the hearing for that. Things are not looking good for WMI/Debtors, nor for Brian Rosen's career.
