Highly doubtfull. If JADA going through all the trouble of filing properly, etc, etc, WHY would they file an invalid US address to the SEC ?

Duh ? IMO, this is just a translation service address for JADA ( as nobody in China company can speak or write English )......

You just did not speak to the right person, IMo....or did you even go there ?

Again, that address would only be used, IMO, for translation purposes, and/or you did not happen to reach the right person......

After all, JADA MUST be able to obtain any SEC mail that would be sent to them???

If you want to reach the company then contact them using the contact info mentioned in the PR today. Just practice your Chinese first.
