Asking a question about JADAE and is it for real?

Please don't call me a basher or anything of that sort. I made enough money on JADAE. I never shorted it and have no interest in doing so. However, I thought that you guys should know something that I found out earlier today.

Has anyone noticed an US Address listed for JADE at the bottom of each filing?

Well, I happen to live in New York. I called that number and I also went to that address. No one knows anyone or has anything to do with Jade Art Group. They said that they are receiving calls from time to time asking for Jade at this number but have no forwarding number or any such information.

Please phone yourself. I don't like when companies are not writing good/correct contact information for their shareholders to see. Hence why I sold my complete position earlier today (for a profit). I realize that this is not a nasdaq / nyse stock, but I would think (hope?) that otc:bb has more credibility than pink sheets.

Does anyone have any insight as to why they are listing something that does not exist?
