janice shell - yup your correct Janice . But Naked Shorting would show up in the next indictments on the Banksters, Brokers, Hedgefunds,and Market makers.

Urban and the others were not naked shorting.

There's only one reference to naked shorting in the superseding indictment you can't be bothered to read, Chas. It's on page 33. All it says is that Urbie attempted to deceive investors by saying that NSS, rather than extreme dilution, was the cause of CMKX's high trading volume.
