Thats a good suggestion, I doubt MOPN cannon can do the job. But maybe BP can still buy the absorbent materials from MOPN.

Good Point... They must have some sort of High Pressure system capable of delivering "direct injection" dispersants, and golf balls etc? Your logic makes sense.

If it were possible.... Then 1X30 ratio of MOPN could be skimmed, run through a recovery system to collect oil, and re-applied in a direct injection system, then repeated. In theory...
