thanks for the CAFC info. Also makes it more imperative I believe for IDCC to come to a settlement with NOK. The delays have me somewhat hopeful something can be worked out by June 30th when NOK's reply is due. While I think IDCC has a very good shot at overturning the decision its still an upward battle and IDCC has much more to lose by not winning. If IDCC loses than the only other option is open up another lawsuit which easily will be another 3-4 year process. I think with the new COB he maybe much more inclined to settle and put this lawsuit behind IDCC.
