Only way to lose money is if SPNG goes bankrupt - chapter 7, otherwise no money is lost. The likelihood of that happening is slim to none.

This could take an 80% haircut in a second it is so overvalued. Bankruptcy is pretty much assured, you really should read the documents from the FBI and SEC.

leucro, actually there is another way to lose money...

What if, as some people keep speculating, that a company comes in at the last second and merges with SPNG? With the O/S being just short of 3B, the r/s that would have to be done would wipe out you and the others. You'd be lucky to end up with 100 shares.
