puppy, does the SEC in and of itself have the power to revoke a company, or do they also have to get permission from the Commission to do so? Considering there are 3 1/2 pages of requests to the Commission, I would think revocation would have been one of the items, but it's not on there. ???? Answer only if you know for a fact what the rule is.

If by revoked you mean rendering the shares null and void I would have to say yes the probability of that happening is also slim to none.
