Very nice investigational work. DFCO did some major securities violations. It was headed by Brian Bonner APRO's president.

Mark, at Whisper From Wall Street, claims somebody walks in and hands him $25,000 to promote a stock. No questions asked. That would draw a red flag to me. He promotes a stock he would have to know is corrupt. Remember to put your stops in at $.02, just in case. That tells me he knew it it was bad.

Sepod needs to be investigated also. I would love to know where that paper trail leads. I could take a very good guess.

This case needs to be presented to the SEC and possibly a DA with the proper jurisdiction.

ThePro, if this is what it looks like which has me angry at myself for not doing more diligence on Brian's past companies before I put my hard earned money here, then definitely there should be legal consequences with those involved.

Unfortunately, I am not sure if the SEC will do much and I think that is why the majority of the pink sheet companies are getting away with murder. Just looking at the jurisdication aspect which is another red flag:

Company is registered in Nevada
T/A is based in Utah
Accounting Firm is based in Florida
Company offices are located on East and West Coast.

This is a jurisdiction nightmare.

That is amazing how Mike took the money with no questions asked at the Whisper. How can anyone with a good conscience to bed at night knowing what is going on...if you look at his disclaimer section of ALL the companies he has received money from you will be shocked. I think I need a new career if that is how much he is collecting to promote companies! lol.

EUCT, you asked if you should bail, I am underwater with this stock, I am going to see how the stock reacts with upcoming news etc and probably will sell in the next couple of weeks. I think we might get another blitz of PRs going into the summer.
