It's a Federal Securities act violation. Therefore the jurisdiction would be in federal court.

I have the names of probably 6 - 12 lawfirms that handle Securities act violations. Class action lawsuits.

TC, I think the last thing you should be is angry with yourself. In reading all the posts, you and everyone here did do due diligence and there was no reason to think anything was foul given the overall picture and information we had.

I am totally underwater as well and hope that something turns this around soon.
