There is no "whether or not" about this, you can go and check the current short list that is managed by the SEC and there is basicly ZERO short on KATX. It's been like that for months now. So there is zero chance or any type of a short squeeze, thats a fact not an opinion.
As far as Violeta Slavtchevska goes, that person needs to be put in jail for her lies and false statements/slander. I really hope Kens legal team is looking at her and this rubish. It's pretty funny that she is accusing the company of paying people on the forums to pump this stock. If that is the case I want to know where my check is as I have worked my butt off here publicly and privately over the past 6 months. So if anyone from KATX is reading this please send me a private msg and I will gladly give you my TD Ameritade info so you can pay me with shares!
The reason this has gone up over 30% is because of all the great DD here and because we found out 2 big things that were in the public record, the share increase which we discovered by calling the TA, something we have done every week for 3 or 4 months now, and from finding Kens name on the 8-K of the new company he just bought.
I can't tell you why there has been such a massive effort to hold this stock down, unless other JR mining companies in the area don't want their competitors to get more resources to stake more promising land and stantch up more resources around them. But it's clear it's not due to anyone shorting this stock which is good news.
