KAT Exploration Inc. (PINK:KATX) Springs Up Promoted Undercover

Vague chat room promoting for KAT Exploration Inc. (PINK:KATX, KATX message board) demonstrated again skilled forum writers' high pumping impact on the penny stock market.
The price of Kat jumped 21.31% up yesterday on persistently ongoing gossip promising a glamorous future for the small exploration-stage mining company. Since consistently paying promoters is not only too costly, but also a very transparent way of pumping the stock, promotions are taking place on a more sophisticated level.
Kat have recently abandoned the press-releases-manner and instead has let covered promoters spread praising words about the company in chat rooms and forums, lobbing for the superior management skills and their excellent business plan.
To initiate the new wave of gold rushing investors, the last press release from the beginning of the month announced the start of a drill program in the Handcamp property in Newfoundland, the discovery of up to 5840PPB of gold in the property being previously disclosed. A bullish moving averages cross followed then around two weeks ago, and the implicit marketing for the stock continued running to the full. Yesterday the price broke the $0.686 resistance and closed at $0.074, accompanied by the confirming incrasing volumes. It did not take much time then for more and more stock gamblers to get into the boat,leading to yesterday's jump.
Assuming all that sounds too good to be true, Kat Exploration has not filed officially any information about the current state of their business affairs. Some unofficial filing could however actually scare investors away. According to them, the company has six mineral properties and plans to acquire and drill at least one gold property, for which to take place, $650,000 more in cash are needed. Thus all future and current projects depends on how generous investor will be over the year, as the business is far away from being profitable with revenues of $16,015 opposed to expenses of $229,662.
