I sold out about 2 weeks after they announced the r/s last year. That was the capper for me. I know, then why stick around all this time? I think the word is "addiction." You get tied up in a stock and what's going on, it's so hard to just walk away. I'll probably still hang around and follow what happens next.
I know I'm going to get bashed for this. I have before. But I still feel sorry for all the people who just couldn't pull the trigger, for whatever reason; blind faith; listening to the wrong people; inexperienced, etc. Yes they were all warned. I know that. But still, it's a shame to see some of these people, some who have just about everything they own in it, lose everything.
But like I told someone else, in the end it really is only money. Money can be replaced. Just be glad you're not M&M and what they are going to have to go through. Yes, they deserve it, but just be glad it's not you. For those who lost money, you'll be fine. You'll recover and move on, like we all have to do from time to time. It's just another one of many obstacles the 'big guy' puts down in our path. So pick yourself up, brush the dirt off and move on.
