Good point Davids and Ron also has some valid points. The truth is that we don't really know Mr Tilden's situation and we are only speculating as to what he could have or should have done.
What we do know is that if you are a long term investor, he is an evil person that has caused a temporary paper loss. If it's not temporary then we are wrong about this company, and it does not really matter,we will not achieve our goals.
If you are a trader then you should have taken advantage of the situation and have nothing to complain about.
