Yes she did. At first I was skeptical but after thinking it thru she did what she needed to keep the proceedings moving along. The 150 days turned her off. She gave us a carrott the complete discovery of documents.

Tell me how in the hell is he going to sift through millions of pages of documents. And they cant even tell him how many they have with a straight face. Maybe they still will not turn over the proper docs. My point is what ever he is looking for we or he is going to have a lot of people sifting through papers which you no and I no are just a stall tatic.
