The judge did us good today like she said. There is no need to take money from the assets for an examiner. Basically, what she did was give the equity more of a payout at the end. Also, if you think about it, who would you feel safer with, a unknown examiner that could have ties with Jamie Diamon like he has ties with everyone, as we know or would you have the powerful SUSMAN who we all know is on our side big time digging deep into the books. She really did us good!!
