Trust me, I am very critical of PPHM. There are some folks over on the RB board who would like to bury me six feet deep. When one invests in these highly speculative, risky stocks...ya gotta be skeptical at times.
>>Tollefson is a positive, although Dew will probably find reasons why his addition to the BOD is not<<
Bladerunner, you may need to take some Ampakines :-) Tollefson’s appointment was what induced me to buy COR last spring and I mentioned this to you at the time! See this:
>>…if you check out the posts by the more science-knowledgeable posters on the COR board and from Dr. Garren, you'll see that Lilly's failures are a positive for COR.<<
LOL. Do you believe everything Dr. Garren tells you?
I respectfully disagree about the impact of LLY’s failure in high-impact Ampakines. In my view, this is not an unmitigated positive for COR. Please see #msg-4978372.
>>I count this as the first trading day of the new year. COR is up over 7% in 2005.<<
Nice try, but it doesn’t work that way!
>>Dew, add my name to the list that believes COR will have the most appreciation in 2005.<<
Sorry, Blade, iHub won’t allow me to vote your survey vote by proxy. You’ll have to do it yourself. It’s not that hard!
>>(ARQL and GENR are my second and third choices.)<<
Sorry, again. The survey accepts only a single choice for the best and worst small biotech.
>>what do you think of the possibility, mentioned on the COR board, that PFE's deal with Organon "secretly" included the Ampakines? I ascribe about 1% probability to that theory, but would it significantly change your opinion on COR, if it were the case, knowing what a PfizerPhile you are?<<
I think 1% is too high, but it wouldn’t make that much difference to me if the probability were indeed as high as 1% :-)
>>Thanks for this board, Dew, and have a healthy and prosperous year in 2005.<<
Same to you, Blade, and thank you for your contributions to the board. Regards, Dew
