I'd like to have a workers card which is tamperproof. All people would need them and if any person is hired without one the employer would be fined $1000 per day per incident and strong whistleblower laws giving a minimum of 10% to the whistleblower.

This would not be a national ID card as it would only be shown when hired and need not be carried around. Also a change in the birth law that states being born here is automatically a citizen. If your parents are not citizens then you are not a citizen.

Oh and legalize some drugs.

Great points and I mostly agree.

1) Legalize pot, as if you are going to have alcohol legal a storng case can be made that pot is far less addictive and dangeros.

2) Please make the fine on employers knowingly hiring illegals much more severe!

the ID card isn't a bad....I just wonder about the social security system....essentially, everyone needs a number....they know when you were born and when you die....just thinking verification could be done via that agency

This is part of the plan ..then I read something a few days later that stated The ss admn would never go along with that ..

do you think anything will pass ? .. I 99% doubt it. hope I'm wrong .......
