thinkerman, fraudulent PRs designed specifically to sucker in investors is no small matter. Not everyone will view Dr.Phan's action as a noble attempt to salvage his 'baby.' I would be more concerned with the possibility of a class action originating from parties less 'attached' to Dr. Phan and HRCT than those of us who continue to post here.
