that is why I find it unbelievable that people that claim to be experts in accounting (remember the Professor/CFA from Pennsylvania?) can claim that the financials in the 10Q filed for the period ending Feb. 28, 2009 were correct - particularly even today, when the SEC has emphasized that they are false and misleading...
