After months of investigation, why do you think the SEC doesn't believe "Mosky's 10Q version of the accounting facts"? The SEC thinks Moskowitz cooked the books.

It's interesting to see that someone believes that the SEC's statements on SPNG falsifying its financials filed with the SEC and issuing false revenue and order figures in SPNG PR's are wrong.
