SPNG management is a magnitude worse. This goes way beyond not keeping its stockholders current on the O/S. This involved massive fraud into the hundreds of millions of dollars.

SPNG’s management is no better or worse than most other management teams found in pennyland.

difference here is SPNG touted themselves as a fully reporting OTCBB stock.....so people who bought expected one thing, and got another....

BTW, they are much worse than "average", IMO.....we all know the reasons, come on....

SPNG management is quite a bit worse than the average pinky management. i would put them on a par with Altomare, Cassavant LoCastro & Houser. Though, they are dumber than any of them.
