Given the A/S, it’s appropriate for shareholders to know the current share structure. Unfortunately, management is strictly adhering to a strategy of non disclosure. This strategy has severely impacted the shareholders, but management appears to be most comfortable with it. It’s sad to see the way management has treated the shareholders. SPNG’s management is no better or worse than most other management teams found in pennyland. Not saying it’s right, but that’s just the way it is. (most of the time anyway) all imo
Still hoping PIKE will come back and buy, but I’m beginning to doubt it.
