where and why are you blabbing that nonsense? Lenders must own stock to sell it just like anyone else. it must be issued to them. If they are naked shorting it is illegal, that's the only way to sell unregistered shares. MM's have some capability to sell short but must eventually cover. educate your self and don't spread ignorance...
