Anyone who has been around any of Humphries stocks - DLAD, EWKS, TFZI and for a short time SSEV - knows that he is the kiss of death. Ever increasing AS/OS, non-stop dilution, name and sector change (a gold recycling company called The Fight Zone and a media company called DealerAdvance) & reverse split, rinse and repeat. Whether it's him personally or done in the name of the company, these are all non-stop paper selling machines. About the only decent thing I can say about how he does it is that at least he keeps updating the share structure (minus the float) on pink sheets so that people can see what's happening... well, if they WANT to. But if folks want to keep buying the dream of this being a solid company based on comments like "news is coming" and "this is gonna move"... well don't mind if I LMAO!
What I don't understand is why he needs TWO media companies (DLAD & EWKS) which overlap each other, neither of which has much going for it. Yes, there is a free sports paper that is distributed in Dallas (which is losing money) that he has some kind of stake in, but that's about all I see. Why isn't that with EWKS who at least has a satellite radio station with some respectable names as hosts, in addition to an old (but still tangible) animated product named Z-Force? But there I go again, dealing in FUNDAMENTALS! Plus, I'm pretty certain I know the answer - just another company to use to sell more worthless shares.
Once again, the big board rules just don't apply down here in the OTC world. Oh sure, there may be rules in place, but it's the wild wild west, with them gone before anyone can even track down whose to blame, or taking years to bring anyone to justice, with no hope for recovery of the money that was lost by/stolen from shareholders who probably should have known better. Here's just one example: http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2010/33-9121.pdf
Just one person's opinion backed up with facts and history.
