This is the six-month anniversary of the October PIPE. Is it possible that there was a lock-up buried in that deal that expired today, prompting investors to sell today? I looked through the documents filed with the SEC and could not find one, but there may have been regulatory issues compelling a six-month holding period.
This is simply a preferred shareholder selling some or all of his shares. That will happen from time to time that's ineviteable. The sooner we get to the AMEX and get higher average volume the faster we can get rid of any future sellers.
