in the past, i tried putting some in etrade just to see if i could, and remove the restriction, huge headache, the transfer agent who i had talked it out with a few days prior i guess decided that they were still restricted shares, regardless of the Form D.

do note that i've recently received phone calls from people offering to buy large lots from me, but at the same point, i received phone calls from people wanting to sell equally large lots to me around a year ago.
