I would tend to believe that the newer shorts are expecting the share price to decrese when the quarterly earnings come out Thursday, and do not reflect their opinion on whether FDA is granted.

POZN - It sure looks like they are betting against FDA approval. I'm not seeing any clues showing me that it won't be approved.
