He's talking about a retrofit that uses Liquid Propaine Gas (LPG) with Gasoline Engine. Each version will increase the amount if LPG used.
The first generation will be a 1.1 ratio of 1 part gas 1 part LPG.
The second generation will be a 2.1 ratio 1 part gas 2 parts LPG.
The third generation will be a 3.1 ratio 1 part gas 3 parts LPG.

The final 2 combinations will greatly reduce demand for gasoline.
