Well that's what I don't understand then. Why cover at all if there is no real chance of the PPS rising? I mean why buy Paychest shares knowing full well that Paychest will never amount to anything?

Well said. In their transactions the MMs must be either covering or shorting- but "the theory" says they're doing neither... LOL
