#2008 RE: David Knight #2007

David, we don't even know if the thinnings have been done in the first place!

How can tree owners make any decisions based on so little relevant personal contact?

I do not recommend legal action either, I'm not in it for nearly the amount of money that would be worth legal action.

What communications have you received lately from TATF?

1993 trees should have been thinning now at 7 yrs, 10 yrs, 13 yrs and the upcoming 17 year thinning. What communications have you received regarding this thinning schedule?

how about your 97 trees? they should have received at least 2 thinnings by now... which means you are owed 2 pieces of paper per thinning (one for a pre thinning report, and one for a post thinning report) ... out of a total of 5 thinnings you should have had at this point, and therefore 10 pieces of communication, what have you gotten?

Hi David Thanks for the post. I think your first assumption is the most significant for us here on the board.

The others are true as well.

Out of close to 100 investors from ihub and other boards no one has reported a projected distribution from TATF except one or two and he was issued credits instead of cash. His identity is still unknown.

It has been about 18 years since TATFs first planted Teak and advertized high payments at 7 ,10, 13, 17 years ect.

Nobody except the one or two investors on board unknown to the rest of us has been issued a projected distribution.

TATFs continues to promote sales of trees at stratisferic levels and claims high payments still even now at 7,10,13,17 years.

Knowing they have not been able to make those payments.

Deception and secrecy is a very serious matter.

Brad

It appears to us now that the 17 and 20 year thinning may not occur either.
