Maybe they just wanted the company to come clean and stop issuing more shares? You know they used to do that to keep the "office" open and the cell phone paid for - they stated they would issue more shares again if they needed the money.....hmmmmmm makes about as much sense as made up nefarious brokers.... (ok, ok- there really are some bad brokers and MMs are not angels, but they are not involved in this case - otherwise there would be proof)
